LINCORE 55 WIRE Ø 1.20 MM X 11.34KG

Lincore Wire

Description

Designed for the buildup of carbon steel or low-alloy steel parts used in applications involving non-lubricated rolling wear or metal-to-metal sliding.

Features

  • Widely recommended for hardfacing carbon steels, alloy steels, and austenitic manganese steels.
  • No limit on the number of layers when using proper welding procedures and temperature control.
  • Deposits exhibit high resistance in parts exposed to combined wear from rolling, metal-to-metal friction, and low abrasion.

Typical Applications

  • Repair or buildup of brush shredder parts, earthmoving equipment buckets, crushers, and plow parts with sharp cutting edges.
  • Impact zones for dragline buckets, wire drawing guide rollers, and crusher hammers.
  • Billet feed rollers, heat treatment car wheels, logging and crushing tools, and mine car gondola reclamation.
  • Mixer blades, ladle covers and interiors, and wear plate lining for forced and induced draft fans.
  • Rollers, idlers, and rails.
  • Hardfacing of elevator buckets, sintering wear parts, bucket teeth, and crusher rolls.

Welding Positions

  • Flat and Horizontal
