Deep penetration even on contaminated surfaces
Lincoln Electric Fleetweld® 5P (AWS E6010) is Lincoln's classic cellulosic electrode for pipe and for jobs where the steel is far from ideal. Its penetrating arc welds over moderate rust, galvanized or coated surfaces. In 2.50 mm it is ideal for root passes on thin-wall pipe and thin plate.

Technician's tip: use the electrodes straight from the metal can, without re-drying: the cellulosic coating needs to keep its natural moisture to maintain penetration. Once opened, use the can within the shift or close it tightly.
