Molybdenum stainless electrode for demanding corrosive service
Kiswel KST-316L (AWS E316L-16) is a stainless electrode for low-carbon 18% Cr - 12% Ni - Mo steels such as AISI 316L. It offers good crack resistance and better intergranular corrosion resistance than a standard E316. In 2.50 mm it is ideal for thin sheet and root passes.

Technician's tip: clean water, rust and oil from the bevel before welding; preheat is generally not required. If the electrodes picked up moisture, Kiswel recommends re-drying at 300 - 350 °C for 60 minutes.
