Radiographic-quality pipe welds, from root to cap
Lincoln Electric Pipeliner® 6P+ (AWS E6010) is an industry standard for pipe welding in the field and in the shop. Its light slag barely interferes with the arc, giving excellent control in all positions and radiographic-quality welds. In 2.50 mm it is ideal for root passes on thin-wall pipe and thin plate.

Technician's tip: use the electrodes straight from the metal can, without re-drying. Remove the clamps after the root and start the hot pass within 5 minutes to prevent cracking. On X56 - X60 (L415) pipe, preheat per EN 1011-2.
