71T11 Flux-Cored Wire
Description
Self-shielded flux-cored wire (no shielding gas required) for joining. It is recommended for single or multi-pass fillet or butt welds and is suitable for all-position welding of carbon steels. It produces a very smooth arc with easy-to-remove slag and low spatter.
Usage and Limitations
- Thickness: Not recommended for welds exceeding 9.5 mm in thickness.
- Applications: Used in general component fabrication where seismic requirements are not present.
- Polarity: Operates on Direct Current Electrode Negative (DCEN / DC-).
