Description
Highly alloyed wire that produces a deposit with a microstructure composed of primary carbides distributed in a martensitic matrix. Widely recommended for resisting severe abrasion in combination with moderate impact.
Features
- Designed for hardfacing carbon steels, alloy steels, austenitic manganese steels, stainless steels, and cast irons.
- Limited to two layers of deposit.
- The deposits exhibit high hardness levels, providing superior resistance to abrasion and moderate impact.
- High resistance to operating temperatures up to 704°C (1300°F).
