Description
The filter cartridge features a PTFE (Teflon) fiber coating that provides a low coefficient of friction, good wear resistance, and chemical stability. The filtration accuracy is 0.2 microns, with an efficiency of 99.9% and a service life of 3,000 hours under proper usage conditions.
The Twister system is suitable for the purification of fumes and dust generated in welding, polishing, cutting, and grinding processes. It is characterized by its efficient purification and low noise during operation.
Flexibility and adaptability
It features a mobile suction arm whose design and flexibility allow it to cover a wide range of operating positions (between 2.00 and 2.90 m, depending on the model).
It provides 360° rotational coverage and can be easily extended using the handles on the hood located at the end of the arm.
Operating principle
When the turbine is switched on, a negative pressure effect is created inside the flexible arm, which draws in the gases and dust generated by the aforementioned processes. The unit houses replaceable filters inside that retain dust particles, effectively returning purified air to the workspace, eliminating contamination, and preventing harmful exposure for the operator.
