Description

The CS 416 Y abrasive belt convinces with its long service life and is perfectly suited for grinding various materials. It features a cloth backing and stands out for its high aggressiveness. The Klingspor abrasive belt is moisture-resistant.

Thanks to its Y-polyester cloth backing, the CS 416 Y abrasive belt convinces with its very high tear resistance. The abrasive material binder is made of synthetic resin. The abrasive grain is zirconium alumina with a semi-open coat. It is self-sharpening and convinces with its high aggressiveness, allowing for excellent grinding performance. The semi-open coat reduces clogging. The abrasive belt is water-resistant, making it suitable for wet grinding as well.

The CS 416 Y abrasive belt is suitable for machining long-chipping materials that tend to smear. It can be used for grinding stainless steel, steel, non-ferrous metals, plastic, and leather.
