- Grinding discs in the Extra quality class are universal products for versatile use on handheld grinders. Like all Klingspor abrasive materials, these grinding discs are equipped with synthetically manufactured abrasive grain. This offers the advantage of high wear resistance and consistent quality throughout its entire service life.
- Resins and other filler materials, optimally adapted to the respective application, are used to bond the grain. In the case of the A 24 Extra grinding disc, the materials are ideally composed for machining metal.
- Safety is an important factor when working with angle grinders and grinding discs. It is only guaranteed if the grinding discs are stored correctly.
- If abrasive discs are exposed to high humidity or get wet, their quality and durability are considerably impaired. They can become a high risk during application. For this reason, it is strongly recommended to store them in a dry place to maintain consistent quality. Furthermore, the safe use of grinding discs can no longer be guaranteed once their expiration date has passed. For this reason, they should no longer be used after this period.
- The expiration date of the Kronenflex A 24 Extra grinding discs is located on the metal ring in the center of the wheel. The first digit indicates the quarter of the respective year up to which safe use is guaranteed. The expiration year is indicated to the right.
