Description
BÖHLER E 7018-1 is a basic-coated electrode designed for low and medium carbon steels in highly stressed joints. It is widely used for its high mechanical strength and is highly recommended for welding structural steels, construction steels, pressure vessel steels, boilers, piping, and fine-grained steels. It can be welded in all positions and features a highly stable arc. The weld deposit is highly resistant to hydrogen embrittlement and is largely unaffected by steel impurities.
