Description
Easy-to-handle rutile-slag electrode. It offers smooth penetration and leaves a deposit with a ferrite and fine pearlite microstructure. The weld deposit is machinable using high-speed steel (HSS) tools.
Applications
- Track-type tractors (light and medium): Rollers, track links, drive gears, and idler pulleys.
- Heavy industry: Support rollers for clinker kilns, large ring gears for ball mills, and sugar mill gears.
