Description
Basic coated electrode for the repair of cast iron components. It can operate at very low current intensities.
Highlights
Core and Coating: Electrode with a pure Ni core and a special basic-graphitic coating. It features spray transfer for ductile joining and repair of gray cast iron, either to itself or to ferrous and non-ferrous metals, using both cold and hot welding techniques.
Machinability: Provides machinable deposits for maximum joint quality in light to medium-duty, thin-walled parts with low shrinkage stress and phosphorus content (P < 0.20%).
