NT SCR M14 - 2H Disc
Description
These discs are primarily used on 115mm and 178mm angle grinders, preferably with variable speed control, to allow for setting the OPTIMAL RPM. Generally, they are used at an angle of 30º to 45º relative to the surface being polished.
Due to their open structure, they do not clog and rapidly remove salts, adhesive residues, and gaskets (e.g., on flanges or engines), as well as lacquers, varnishes, and paints (including epoxies) from any workpiece (e.g., car dents, gas pipe ends, etc.), leaving the surface perfectly clean, coating-free, and ready for painting if desired.
They are also used for removing carbon residues from weld beads, cleaning pre-welding areas to improve bonding, and mechanical descaling of hot-rolled black sheet metal. Their quiet, fast, and non-contaminating action (leaving no residue on the work surface) makes them suitable for the food industry, laboratories, atomic energy, etc.
