It allows for welding very thin materials while minimizing heat input and avoiding deformations, which is particularly beneficial for stainless steel and heat-sensitive materials.

The Wizard 235 adapts to your welding requirements by allowing you to configure different types of AC-DC waveforms.
Use the triangular wave when you need deeper penetration to join thick pieces and maximize joint strength. The sine wave is for general aluminum work where you seek a perfect balance between cleaning action and tungsten protection. Finally, use the square wave for surfaces requiring a clean and uniform finish, especially where oxidation is a significant issue, as it offers an excellent cleaning effect while maintaining a consistent weld width.
