Description
TIG rod suitable for welding stainless steel of the 18% Cr - 8% Ni type with low carbon content. It is also suitable for stabilized steels if the operating temperature does not exceed 350 °C. This alloy features good corrosion resistance, and due to its low carbon content, it is particularly resistant to intergranular corrosion. For these reasons, Weld 308LSi is widely used in the food and chemical industries, as well as for welding pipes and evaporators.
