Description
Today, burrs are available in multiple designs for machining both flat and rounded surfaces. The HF 100 C burr can be used universally and is suitable for professional surface and contour machining of aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
Due to their size, these burrs are optimal for use in hard-to-reach areas. To achieve optimal stock removal and service life results on every workpiece, this carbide burr is available with different toothings ("Cuts") and head sizes.

- Depending on the selected toothing, the tool provides good finishing properties (Cut 2) or generates high removal rates (Cut 6). For precise contour or radius machining, the ball nose cylinder shape can be selected in various sizes.
- Before delivery, every single burr undergoes a 100% inspection to verify that the part is completely free of defects. Among other checks, an exact inspection of the weld joint is performed.
- This carbide burr is suitable for use on a flexible shaft extension, which, ideally, features speed regulation.
