- The Klingspor HF 100 F carbide burr is available with a standard cut, an aluminium-specific cut, and a double cut. The universal or standard cut (Cut 2) offers good finishing properties and is suitable for general applications. The aluminium cut (Cut 3) achieves high stock removal rates and a reduced tendency to clogging. This cut is used for soft, long-chipping materials such as aluminium or other non-ferrous metals. The double cut (Cut 6), on the other hand, stands out for its improved handling and produces very low vibrations.
- For each combination of head diameter and material to be machined, there is an optimal speed range that should be maintained. Under no circumstances is it permitted to exceed the maximum allowed speed. This ensures that the best results are achieved under all conditions, preventing excessive wear on the burr and avoiding any safety risks.
