Klingspor tungsten carbide rotary bur with three cuts, ideal for working on aluminium, cylindrical shape without end cut. The HF 100 A bur features a cylindrical shape, making it ideal for machining surfaces of cast iron, structural steel, high-temperature resistant materials, as well as non-ferrous metals; it is manufactured without end-cut geometry.
Highlights
Achieving ideal milling results depends on multiple parameters. For this reason, the number and shape of the teeth, as well as the concentricity, helix angle, and rake angle, should be perfectly matched to one another. The universal cut, known as Cut 2, is the standard cut for general applications. It stands out for its good finishing properties.
Carbide burs equipped with the Cut 6 cross-cut guarantee high material removal; furthermore, the smaller chip formation prevents premature clogging of the bur, ensuring rapid material removal. The special geometry of the cut prevents premature clogging of the bur.

In a 100% inspection, the welding joints and the concentricity of the burs are tested to ensure a long service life and, above all, product safety. Another important requirement for occupational safety is complying with the maximum speeds. The permissible speed decreases as the bur head diameter increases.
