Description
The HF 100 C carbide burr can be used universally and is suitable for the professional machining of surfaces and contours on structural steel, non-ferrous metals, high-temperature resistant materials, and cast iron.
Due to their size, these burrs are ideal for use in hard-to-reach areas. To achieve optimal results in terms of stock removal and service life on each workpiece, the carbide burr is available with different cuts and head sizes.

- The burrs are suitable for surface finishing and smoothing weld seams, machining straight and rounded contours, as well as the precise shaping of radii. The selection of the appropriate burr depends on the size of the workpiece and the material to be machined.
- Depending on the selected cut, the tool provides good finishing properties (Cut 2) or generates high removal rates (Cut 6). For precise machining of contours or radii, the ball-nosed cylinder shape can be chosen in different sizes.
- Before delivery, every single burr undergoes a 100% inspection to ensure the piece is completely free of defects. Among other checks, a precise testing of the weld joint is performed.
- Since only defect-free products leave the warehouse, the HF 100 C burr—like all other Klingspor tools and equipment—offers a long service life and meets the highest safety requirements.
