The HF 100 C carbide burr can be used universally and is suitable for the professional machining of surfaces and contours of structural steel, non-ferrous metals, high-temperature resistant materials, and cast iron.
Due to their size, these burrs are optimal for use in hard-to-reach areas. To achieve optimal material removal rates and service life on every workpiece, this carbide burr is available in various cuts and head sizes.

- The burrs are suitable for surface finishing and smoothing weld seams, machining straight and rounded contours, as well as precise radius shaping. The choice of the correct burr is made based on the size of the workpiece and the material to be machined. Depending on the selected cut, the tool provides good finishing properties (Cut 2) or generates high removal rates (Cut 6). For the precise machining of contours or radiuses, the cylindrical ball nose shape is available in various sizes.
- Before delivery, every single burr undergoes a 100% inspection to verify that the part is entirely free of defects. Among other checks, a precise inspection of the weld joint is performed. Since only defect-free products leave the warehouse, the HF 100 C burr—just like all other Klingspor tools and equipment—offers a long service life and meets the highest safety standards. This carbide burr is suitable for use with a flexible shaft drive that, ideally, features speed control.
