For this reason, the number and shape of the teeth, as well as concentricity, helix angle, and rake angle, should be perfectly matched to one another. Klingspor offers the HF 100 A burr in various dimensions and with different "Cuts" (toothing types) to ensure that a tool with the ideal properties for every application is available at all times. The universal toothing and the carbide burrs equipped with Cut 6 cross-cut guarantee high material removal; furthermore, reduced chip formation prevents premature clogging of the burr, thus ensuring rapid material removal. The special geometry of the teeth prevents premature clogging of the burr.
