Cylindrical Bur
Description
Nowadays, burs are available in multiple designs for machining flat and rounded surfaces. The HF 100 C bur can be used universally and is suitable for the professional machining of surfaces and contours on structural steel, non-ferrous metals, high-temperature resistant materials, and cast iron.
Due to their size, these burs are optimal for use in hard-to-reach areas. To achieve optimal stock removal results and service life on every workpiece, the carbide bur is available with different cuts and head sizes.
Highlights
- The burs are suitable for surface finishing and leveling weld seams, machining straight and rounded contours, as well as the precise shaping of radii.
- Depending on the selected cut, the tool provides good finishing properties (Cut 2) or generates high removal rates (Cut 6). For the precise machining of contours or radii, the cylindrical ball-nosed head can be chosen in different sizes.
- Before delivery, each bur is subjected to a 100% inspection in which the piece is checked for the complete absence of defects. Among other things, an exact check of the weld joint is performed.
- The carbide bur is suitable for use with a flexible shaft extension that features, ideally, speed regulation.
