This premium-quality non-woven drum stands out for its extreme durability. Throughout its entire service life, it ensures a reliable, high removal rate while producing an exceptionally fine surface finish.

- Satin finishing is a process that creates an even finer finish than standard grinding. It produces a matte or satin-gloss surface displaying very fine structures, known as satin lines. This visual effect is particularly popular in furniture making and interior design. In these applications, the non-woven drum impresses not only with its excellent surface finish, but also with its effective material removal. The finishing drum delivers impressive performance and produces attractive results, especially on stainless steel, as well as on other metals and plastics.
- The design combines non-woven flaps and abrasive cloth flaps, arranged alternately in a radial pattern around a synthetic resin core. Aluminum oxide is used as the abrasive grain. This non-woven drum construction ensures that fresh grain is constantly exposed during grinding.
- This high-quality product is characterized by a long service life, exceptionally economical wear behavior, and excellent cost-effectiveness.
- When the NCW 600 S is operated at its optimum maximum operating speed of 19 m/s, centrifugal force straightens its flaps. Its deflection is minimal, even under high contact pressure. Achieving a perfect result depends on the ratio between the speed of the burnishing machine and the diameter of the non-woven drum.
- If working with a fixed speed, choose a Klingspor drum with the appropriate diameter. If speed adjustment is available, adapt the speed setting to the drum diameter.
- To guarantee quality and safety, the Klingspor NCW 600 S finishing drum is manufactured in compliance with the strict oSa directives and naturally meets the requirements of European standard EN 13743.
