The Klingspor NFW 600 S model is designed for the satin or matte finishing of stainless steel and other metals. With this non-woven web wheel, the application pressure exerted on the workpiece is transmitted with precision. This allows for detailed control over the visual effect.

Low-wear non-woven web flaps for continuous use. The finishing wheel consists of a synthetic resin core to which the special non-woven web flaps are radially bonded.
The right measure: rotational speed and diameter
A maximum speed of 19 m/s is ideal for achieving an optimal result with the finishing wheel. At this speed, the flaps align vertically due to centrifugal force. If the speed is too low, the flaps bend excessively. This affects the machining quality and increases wheel wear. In order to guarantee flawless operation, the wheel diameter and the speed must be in perfect proportion. If the machine's speed can be adjusted, it should be set according to the selected wheel size. If the equipment does not feature speed control, a suitable wheel should be chosen from Klingspor’s extensive product range. The NFW 600 S model complies with the European safety standard EN 13743 and also meets the strict requirements of the oSa guidelines.
