Achieving a matte or satin finish is effortless with this top-quality non-woven web mop wheel. Thanks to its long service life, it is extraordinarily cost-effective. Furthermore, the tool provides a uniform finishing result from start to finish.

- Designed for satin or matte finishing of stainless steel and other metals. Satin surfaces still show a fine structure, also known as satin grain. During finishing, the workpiece receives a continuous diffuse reflection. The purpose of this surface refinement is often aesthetic, which is why it is preferred for furniture or frames.
- With this non-woven web mop wheel, the contact pressure exerted on the workpiece is transmitted with precision. This allows for detailed control over the visual effect.
- Uncompromising quality is also demonstrated in the design of the Klingspor NFW 600 S model. The finishing mop wheel consists of a synthetic resin core to which special non-woven web flaps are radially bonded. Aluminum oxide is applied to these as the abrasive grain.
- It features high toughness, making it resistant to cracking or tearing. The resulting reduced wear behavior ensures high cost-effectiveness.
- A maximum speed of 19 m/s is ideal for achieving optimal results with the finishing mop wheel. At this speed, the flaps stand upright due to centrifugal force. If the speed is too low, the flaps bend excessively. This impacts machining quality and wheel wear.
- In order to guarantee perfect operation, the wheel diameter and speed must be in ideal proportion. If the machine speed can be regulated, it should be adjusted based on the selected wheel size.
- If the equipment does not feature speed regulation, a suitable wheel should be selected from Klingspor's extensive range. The NFW 600 S model complies with European standard EN 13743 and also meets the strict requirements of oSa guidelines.
